Viewings are strictly by appointment and all the current covid guidelines will be followed with social distancing at every step ... every van will be sanitised before viewing and all payments will be by online transfer ... hopefully back to some form of normality soon

we will only contact you by the email address or phone number given to any direct enquiry made ... we do not keep any details for future contact unless requested to do so by yourself regarding an ongoing matter ... we do not keep any contact details for sales marketing at a later date ... we do not share any details with any other party unless requested to do so by yourselves regarding an ongoing matter ... we are not licensed credit brokers so we do not take sensitive information for such purposes ... we do use a point of sale system for card payments and are pci dss complient ... we take a name and address on each sale by hand written sales invoice of which we both have a copy , none of these details are loaded onto or kept on computer or online database of any kind ... we send name and address and date of sale information to dvla for change of keeper of the vehicle... we keep all paper invoices securley for at least 6 six years as required by hmrc law ... this website is https secure with a valid ssl certificate and is hosted by 1&1 which may use google analytics/cookies but has its own data processing agreement and security measures in place ... you may contact us at anytime to revoke your consent or to find out what details of yourself we may hold and you have the right of appeal through the data supervisory authority ... we will deal with any issues through the data protection officer and sole proprietor of this business - Mark Harris ...
